Redwing UU is now Tax Exempt

Red Wing UU Community completes journey to Tax Exempt Status!

Diane Picotte-Habedank with help from Ted & Kristen has completed our application process. We are now affiliated with the Unitarian Universalist Association as an "emerging congregation", we have tax-exempt status with the State of Minnesota and we now have a federal tax ID number from the IRS.

This means that all contributions made in 2021-2 are tax-deductible and we can open a checking account and pay our bills.
